Ask a questionYou do. They work in your tracker, attend your standup and take priorities from whoever sets them for the rest of your team. We handle the employment side, meaning pay, equipment, leave and appraisals, and step in only if something is going wrong that you should not have to manage.
Send the role, the stack and the date you need someone by. If we have the right person free we will send their CV and rate within three working days. If we do not, we will tell you that instead of sending you a near miss.
