Property owners and real estate companies struggled with fragmented property management, relying on manual rent collection, decentralized maintenance tracking, and poor landlord-tenant communication. A unified, multi-platform solution was required to serve non-tech-savvy users while handling complex 360-degree property operations.

What we did
We developed an all-in-one Real Estate Asset Management and Short-Term Rental (STR) system. Landlords and tenants manage leases, track maintenance and pay online through a single, intuitive dashboard.

- Frictionless onboarding utilizing OTP and social media login integrations.
- Unified Dashboard
- A dedicated command center for property owners, super admins, and real estate companies to track expenses, maintenance fees, and rent histories.

- Test framework
- Automated UI testing for cross-platform compatibility (iOS, Android, Web) to ensure non-tech-savvy users experienced zero friction during onboarding.
- Load and stress
- Load balancing protocols were tested against concurrent property listing uploads and rent payment processing at month-end peaks.
- Security
- Strict data privacy checks were implemented for document management and online rental payment processing.

- Front end
- Built with React and Tailwind CSS for the web panel, ensuring a highly responsive and modular user interface. Mobile applications were engineered natively using React Native for both Android and iOS environments.
- Back end
- Powered by a Node.js architecture, providing a non-blocking, event-driven backend capable of handling real-time notifications and multi-tenant data isolation.
- Data
- MongoDB was selected for its NoSQL flexibility, allowing dynamic schemas necessary for handling varied property listings, multimedia assets, and tenant histories.
- Infrastructure
- Containerized deployment ensuring scalable hosting for multimedia property listings (images/videos) and secure API endpoints for OTP and social media login integrations.
