What we did

We built an eco-conscious delivery platform connecting customers and global carriers. This cross-platform mobile and desktop ecosystem handles on-demand, scheduled, and express deliveries while natively enforcing carbon-neutral transactions.

Certified Sustainability Engine: An automated backend trigger that guarantees every delivery is offset by planting one tree, making the entire network carbon-neutral.
PIN-Verified Handover: A drop-off step that releases a parcel only against a unique digital PIN held by the recipient.
Total Transparency Live Tracking: A real-time geolocation architecture that eliminates guesswork, coupled with an upfront pricing calculation engine.
Anonymous In-App Communication: An encrypted messaging and calling bridge that allows customers and drivers to coordinate without ever exposing personal phone numbers.

How we verified it

Test framework: Comprehensive E2E testing of the complex, multi-stop route calculation engine to ensure accurate pricing and distance estimations.
Load and stress: Simulated high-frequency GPS pinging to ensure the Node.js backend and MongoDB could handle thousands of concurrent live-tracking updates without data loss.
Security: Rigorous validation of the PIN-based drop-off validation system and deep encryption of in-app anonymous communications to protect user privacy.
