Why companies work with us from abroad

The question is rarely whether Pakistan has good engineers. It is whether the arrangement will hold up week to week.

Engineers on payroll, not a marketplace

50+ in-house engineers in Lahore across engineering, design and QA. Nobody on your work is a freelancer found the week it started.

Hours that overlap

A normal working day here covers the Gulf and East Africa end to end, and runs alongside the UK and Western Europe from their morning into the early afternoon. Where a team needs more overlap than that, engineers move their hours to get it.

A UK company to contract with

UK clients can work through our strategic partner TheCodeV, a company registered in England and Wales, with our engineers in Lahore doing the work.

Three ways to work with us

Each answers the same three questions differently: who directs the work, what you commit to, and when it fits.

Extending your team

Our engineers join yours and work to your plan.

Who directs it
You lead
Commitment
Monthly, 30 days notice
Best for
You know what to build and need more hands to build it.

Dedicated team

A self-contained group with a lead, delivering against a roadmap.

Who directs it
We lead, you set direction
Commitment
Quarterly
Best for
The work runs for months and you would rather not manage it day to day.

Fixed scope

An agreed deliverable, a milestone schedule and a price.

Who directs it
We lead
Commitment
Per project
Best for
The requirement is settled and you want the delivery risk on our side.

More on extending your team and on a dedicated development team.

Contracts, ownership and billing

The questions procurement asks first, answered the same way on every engagement.

The code is yours

Intellectual property is assigned to you in the contract, not on completion of a milestone. Work in your repository stays in your repository.

You set the work

Your backlog, your priorities, your definition of done. We do not run a parallel plan or ask you to route requests through an account manager.

We are the employer of record

Salary, tax, equipment, leave and the employment relationship stay with us. You are contracting for capacity, not taking on a headcount liability in Pakistan.

Nobody is shared

An engineer on your team is on your team. They are not split across three clients and billed to each as full time.

Billing

A monthly invoice per engineer, at an agreed rate. No recruitment fee, no percentage of salary, no charge for the time we spend finding the person.

Minimum engagement

One month. Long enough for someone to be useful, short enough that you are not betting a quarter on a first impression.

From first call to first week

How long each step takes, so you can plan around it.

  1. 0145 minutes

    A call

What you are building, what the codebase looks like, which seniority you actually need. An engineer is on this call, because the questions worth asking are technical ones.

  2. 023 working days

    Profiles

CVs of people who are genuinely free, with their rate on them. If nobody on the bench fits, we say so on the call instead of sending three near-misses.

  3. 03Your schedule

    You interview

Your team, your technical interview, your decision. We do not present a single candidate and call it a shortlist.

  4. 042 to 3 days

    Paperwork

Contract, NDA and IP assignment. Standard documents, and we will work from yours if your legal team would rather.

  5. 05Week one

    First sprint

Access, environment, and a ticket closed in the first week. Small and real, so both sides find out early how the working relationship runs.

Questions buyers ask first

Yes. A contract, NDA and IP assignment are standard, and we will work from your own documents if your legal team prefers.

Talk to an engineer, not a salesperson

Tell us what you are building and the skills you are missing. We will tell you on the first call whether we are the right fit.
